Room is reserved for a maximum of 4 hours subject to the requirements of the Beacon Street Grille.
Our banquet room accommodates a maximum of 65 people and is a non-smoking room.
Parties of 35 people or less may be sharing the room at our discretion.
Fire regulations prohibit us from combining tables for ease of egress.
Menu selection must be made seven (7) business days prior to the event.
Final guaranteed count must be made three (3) business days prior to the event.
You must guarantee a minimum of _____ people based upon your original reservation.
You may choose up to three different entrée selections.
If you choose more than one (1) item, you must furnish us with the counts for each item.

Banquets on Sundays are dinner selection only.
If a party is cancelled up to one (1) week prior to the event date - you will receive
a full refund. If a party is cancelled with less than 1-week notice, the deposit is non-refundable.

Beacon Street Grille shall bear no damages for functions cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control.
