Beacon Street Grill is pleased to provide you with many options regarding our premier catering services. From a simple office gathering to meetings, lunches or fully staffed sit-down events in your home or local banquet halls, we can support the entire event from start to finish. 

With our superb food and beverages as well as providing your entertainment, we offer options and choices that will help you add your own personal touches to meet the objectives and theme of the event. Our planning staff will assist you every step of the way. 

Our catering menu is also available for use at the restaurant. There is no additional charge for the use of our facilities. Our standard menu for events at the restaurant can be seen at the end of this guide. Because it has served you and us well for years, we will continue to offer the same fare at the same level of pricing. You are not limited to those choices and may venture into the new offerings as you desire.

Beacon Street Grille can provide the complete spectrum of setup, clean up, servers, bartenders, chefs, and party coordinators as required by you and your event. Your coordinator will discuss the many options. 

We are also pleased to be able to provide the full range of beverage services. From wine-tasting events to bartenders providing a wide range of beverage choices, we are prepared. Our catering services are all about having a wide range of choices in simple packages without hidden costs and charges. Everything will be explained in detail prior to initiating any contract.  

Rentals

Everything from tents, barbecues, tables, chairs, centerpieces, linens, glassware, china and cutlery can be arranged through our Catering Office 

Staffing

On Site Labor is $25/Hr per staff member for groups under 200. For events with over 200 people there is no charge for on site wait staff labor (maximum of four servers for four hours). In any case, there is an hourly charge for all setup, clean up, bartender, and prep personnel. At your discretion, you may elect to perform these tasks yourself. Gratuity is based on the Food Purchase at 18%

Explanation of Types of Services

Beacon street has over ten years of experience providing event coverage and support. We now support the following types of events either at our restaurant or at the location of your choice. 

v     Buffet or Sit-Down Luncheon at our restaurant for up to 70 people (Ask about “off the menu” )

v     Buffet or Sit-Down dinner at our restaurant for up to 70 people (Ask about “off the menu” )

v     Cocktail Party at our location with catering menu or “off the menu” selections from our house menu

v     Buffet Service at the location of your choice.

v     Full Sit-Down service, including full service wait staff at your off-site location

v     Office Parties from small cocktail hour affairs to full dinners at your business

v     Garden Parties and other special events at locations of your choice

Regardless of the type of event or the location, we are prepared to provide you with the full spectrum of support required for success. We contract for our own entertainment services over 200 times per year and are able to provide you with the same expertise for your party’s entertainment.  

In any case, the menus provided in our guide can apply to any type of event. If you or we feel the need to deviate, all is possible.
